  1. I have always found Pilates intimitading because I see think only fit people could ever be able to do some of those poses! I'm going into a transition in my life were I'm trying to be more active and more aware of healthy eating. This is a great post I'll definitely keep an eye on this book and see what others that do it think about it! Thanks Nicole
