Last Thursday, country sensation Miranda Lambert made a surprise cameo at music mogul Taylor Swift’s concert in Greensboro, NC. Miranda donned gorgeous rocker waves, created by PRO Beauty Tools Celebrity Hairstylist Johnny Lavoy. Here’s how to recreate Miranda’s tresses, as told by her mane man…
“For Miranda Lambert’s rock star waves, I used two PRO Beauty Tools products. First, I used the PRO Beauty Tools® 1” Professional Ceramic Shine Digital Straightener to smooth and straighten her ends. Since I was creating rock star waves, I didn’t want the ends of her hair to be curly, so this also helps prevent that from happening. Next, to create a wavy texture, I used the PRO Beauty Tools® 1” Professional X-Long Gold Curling Wand. Using a section of hair about an inch wide, and starting mid-shaft, I wrapped hair around the barrel. After a few seconds, I released the hair and repeated this technique until the style was complete. To finish the look, I tousled the hair with beach spray.”
