I already owned the Nude & Neutral palette so was delighted to try these. Their pigments are great and the mattes are truly matte! I like that Nonie suggests a good proof color combination for a look she believes in on the top of the palette
You can use the colors wet or dry and there is a brush in the center of the palette. It helps to define the eyes as I often use my fingers!
